BRAXTON ESTATES HOA BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING UPDATE: Board meetings are scheduled for the second Saturday of each month from 9 - 11 AM at Troutmans Restaurant located at 1388 Warren C Coleman Blvd S (Hwy 601 near NC Hwy 49 interchange), Concord, NC 28025.
NO PARKING ON SIDEWALK SIGNS have been posted to remind residents and alert nonresidents that parking on sidewalks is prohibited. Anyone parking on the sidewalks may be fined. The no parking on sidewalks policy was implemented in 2008 to save the HOA money by preventing sidewalk damage! Sidewalks were designed for people to walk on, not to support the weight of vehicles.
